Our
Mission Work
My wife, Melody and
I
have been
married for 39 years and were born and raised in the state of Ohio in
the
U.S.A., but have lived in many different areas of America as well as
other
countries.
Not too long ago we returned to the United States after spending 6 years in
Kenya, East Africa
as Missionaries for the churches of Christ. We are currently living in Piqua,
Ohio, and up until recently working
full time
with a mission congregation in Greenville,
Ohio.
Early last year we traveled back to Africa
to
teach seminars and follow up on the Correspondence School (WCLO)
which we began and now oversee. I have been a minister for the churches
of
Christ for 36 years, spending nearly 22 of those years in mission work.
During
that time I graduated from Sunset School of Preaching and have been
able to
obtain my B. A. in Bible, my M.D. in Bible and my Ph.D. in
Ministry &
Religious Education.
Where We Are:
We are presently devoting more of our time to
our mission
work which is World Christian Literature Outreach (WCLO).
This is a ministry that provides printed study materials to students
all over
the world. It is designed specifically for people that use English as a
second
language or have only a basic use of English.

Christopher & Kirk
About 5 years ago we
entered a new phase of
life, when we
became grandparents. Our Son and Daughter-in-law (Kirk and
Mylinda)
presented us with our first grandson, Leslie (after his grandfather)
Christopher Lawson. To say we are the typical proud grandparents would
be
putting it mildly. Our youngest son Seth is unmarried at this time and
working
as a die cutting press operator.

I have been writting
a religious column for the local newspaper
for the past 5 years. My writings are also carried by several
devotional services. My newest endeavor is a
devotional column
written several
times a week and Emailed out to over 3400 subscribers. If you are interested, you

I hope you
find something
here of interest. Feel free to drop us a note and let us know what you think of any suggestions.
